Is my rent increase allowed?

Older periodic agreements can have rent increased every 6 months instead of 12.

The date of your last rent increase. If the rent hasn't gone up since you moved in, use your move-in date.

If it came by post, use the date it arrived. Notices can be given in person, by post, or by email if you agreed to receive notices that way.
